Vehicle Deposits :

We offer vehicle exclusivity whereby You pay £250 to reserve your chosen vehicle to Corus Automotives. In doing so You agree You are arranging exclusivity with

regards to your chosen vehicle. Corus Automotives will remove a vehicle from retail sale to the general public for a period no longer than 7 days starting from the

day of reservation and taking both working days and weekends/bank holidays in to account. If the agreed sale does not proceed due to a finance decline or you were

unhappy with the vehicle after inspection and road test you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit, however if the deal is cancelled after inspection due to a change of mind or circumstances then Corus Automotives may decide to retain your deposit for administration costs.

Please note deposits are NON REFUNDABLE if the vehicle is reserved and you decide not to view the car in person

Under new rules set by the UK Government, the vehicle will be cleaned as per advice of Public Health England prior to collection and all necessary steps taken to

Safeguard all parties.

In the unlikely event that the readiness or preparation of Your vehicle is delayed, Corus Automotives will advise You in writing via Phone or email text with a minimum of 24 hours notice and offer an extension to your deposit period.


Distance Selling Regulations Statement:

Please note that we do not operate an organised distance selling scheme as defined by The Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges)

Regulations 2013. If you choose not to view your vehicle at our premises prior to purchase, you will not be entitled to cancel your order under a 14 day cancellation period.

All other statutory rights remain unaffected. In the event of a vehicle that needs to be returned to us for any reason you will bear all costs of the return if no other agreement has been made in advance and expressly agreed in writing by both parties.


Payment options:

Upon viewing a vehicle, a deposit can be taken to hold any vehicle pending final purchase to avoid disappointment. Payment for your vehicle must be made by BACS payment where possible, we do not accept Credit payments . Cash is accepted a maximum of £4,000, finance can be arranged upon request subject to status*.

The vehicle will only be released upon receipt of cleared funds.


Vehicle Finance:

Vehicle finance is available subject to status on eligible persons aged 18 or over and who are a permanent resident within the UK. Corus Automotives chosen finance house may perform a credit check on your personal details to ensure we can approve your eligibility for vehicle finance.


Part exchange or direct sale:

Part exchange is welcome, all valuations are subject to physical inspection. Any valuation offered following physical inspection by Corus Automotives is guaranteed for 7 days (including weekends) starting from and including the day of valuation. All vehicles must be as described with all paperwork relating to the vehicles service history, all keys and current V5 logbook documentation. Any costs for faults not disclosed by the seller that are discovered after the sale will be passed onto the seller.


Vehicle Listings, Images and video:

Corus Automotives is a trading name of Corus Commercial Vehicles Limited and all logos, vehicle images and videos within the website are owned exclusively by Corus Automotives and are not to be reproduced or used for any other purpose without express written permission from Corus Automotives.

Disclaimer: All figures provided relate to a typical example of the particular model as listed when new. They will vary according to the age, condition, fitted equipment and mileage of the vehicle.

All listings are made using the standard accessories and extras suggested to be on the vehicle using the registration number, please satisfy yourselves that you are happy with the vehicles specification, mileage and condition prior to purchase as mistakes / clerical errors can occur.


Delivery:

We offer a delivery service using trade plate drivers and occasionally on vehicle transporters, where driven the mileage will increase from the advertised mileage.


Vehicle Return:

In the unlikely event of an issue within the first 6 months from purchase, the first steps would be to use the warranty provided to resolve any major mechanical issues with your vehicle. If you are not satisfied with the repair or the repair has been unsuccessful it is your responsibility to arrange the return of the vehicle for inspection and repair where possible. If at this stage we are unable to repair your vehicle we would offer a refund minus fair usage, mileage charged at £0.85p per mile, valet and any damages.

Delivery costs will not be refunded as these are external costs.


This does not effect your statutory rights, these can be found in the consumer rights act 2015.
