At Corus Automotives, we understand that how you're looked after after buying your car is just as important as the experience while buying it. That’s why every vehicle we sell comes with a comprehensive mechanical warranty – so you can have peace of mind motoring.
If something goes wrong, we’ve made the process as simple and hassle-free as possible:
No call centres
Easy diagnostics
Just expert support from our in-house workshop
If a covered part fails, we’ll take care of the diagnostics, replacement, and labour – all done right here at Corus Automotives.
Please note: repairs must be carried out by us. Work done elsewhere won’t be covered under the warranty.

Warranty Coverage at a Glance:
All vehicles come with a 3 Month or 3,000 Mile Warranty (whichever comes first) with a £1000.00 claim limit unless over ridden by the manufacturers warranty
(usually on vehicles under 3 years old or in some cases electric vehicles with battery warranties)

What’s Not Covered?
Some items fall outside of our warranty scope, including:
Bulbs, remote keys/fobs, vehicle battery, tyres, diesel particular filters, paintwork, wheel balancing & tracking.
Entertainment systems & non-standard upgrades,
Cambelts and timing chains (if overdue for replacement) or from oil starvation.
Glass, bodywork, & wing mirrors or Clutch.
Damage due to driver misuse or accidents. DPF issues caused by driving style.
Vehicle recovery is not included

Excluded Vehicle Use:
Our warranty does not cover vehicles used for:
Passenger or goods transport for hire / reward
Hackney carriage / taxi use
Off-road driving
Motorsports or track use (including practice)

  • I confirm I have read through the in house warranty procedure form that was provided to me on collection of my vehicle.
  • I understand that the warranty covers me for which ever comes first either 3 months / 3000 miles on all purchases
  • I understand that should the time scale have lapsed, or I have exceeded the mileage then the warranty is no longer valid. and if the vehicle is undriveable then recovery must be arranged & the cost covered by myself.
  • I understand that all warranty issues must be dealt with by Corus Automotive's on site workshop, and third party costs are not covered.
  • I understand my warranty covers me for mechanical parts that have failed on the vehicle.
  • I am aware of the limited warranty exclusions as per your warranty procedure form.
  • I am aware that any vehicle modifications will invalidate the warranty.
  • I am aware courtesy cars are unavailable and failure to show for booked appointments will incur workshop charges and may void your policy.
  • I understand it may take up to 2 working days to receive a response to this claim form, and not to report the issue again as may delay the claim further. Claims are processed Monday to Friday.
  • I understand that if my cars fault is a warning light illuminated on the dashboard then if the warning light is no longer on at the time of the workshop looking at the vehicle then I understand that they will not be able to diagnose the fault.
  • I understand that an intermittent or complex issue may take longer or require more than one visit for the workshop to resolve the issue.
